My first call to Yvonne I knew was a cry for help,  I was confused and unsure why or what had triggered this course of action, ( Maybe, about to turn a major milestone in my life, maybe getting married, maybe the worry of my older teenagers. )

I have always been in control, and organised  with strategies that have helped me make decisions with confidence. The lack of confidence and my ability to think clearly made me worry. Yvonne listened and understood my concerns and we together made a plan, that both of us were happy with, around my schedule.

It was a mix of methods to understand the deeper concerns and to also practically solve the day to day. Each session we tackled various subjects that had come up in that initial call. Yvonne made me realise what was holding me back, dealing with so much recent changes in my life, I had lost me! I started to return to “ like “ myself with the help of Yvonne, she was patience and involved, checking in.

I would recommend Yvonne to anyone who needs to look back and re-educate themselves in mid life and beyond. Thank-you, I refer to my notes weekly.
